Design and Build –
Now coming to the speakers itself , they are solidly built and you get a rugged sturdy feel as soon as you pick up them . Build quality wise 5/5 . It has a nice leatherette finishing on the sides and the speaker mesh on the front and back , though sound comes from only one direction . On the top you have some buttons like song play/pause, forward/backward song , power on/off and a call receiver button . Pressing and holding the forward/backward song button will increase or decrease the volume . It has a dedicated button to receive the call . It has built in mic and I tried calling using these speakers and the sound quality was awesome . There was noise or distortion . On the side you have flip open port for charging the speaker and a 3.5mm port for connecting to your devices using aux cable . There are four LED indicators that indicate the battery life and the battery lasted for almost 6 hrs and it takes around 2hrs to charge fully using normal charger . For battery , we will give 4.5/5 .
Sound Quality –
Now coming to the sound quality , it has one of the best quality in this price range . The MRP on the box is Rs 2500 , but it is available as low as Rs 1600 and you can buy them from amazon and flipkart . The sound is loud and crispy clear . All my friends were in love with the sound quality . The bass is also good and it will not disappoint you but it doesn’t have a subwoofer so don’t expect that kind of bass . Sound quality wise I will give it 4.5/5 .
So what are its cons ? Well it doesn;t have ports for micro sd card and pen drives . This may be deal breaker for some but trust me it has really good quality audio and it is worth every penny you spend on it . Very cool. Have you tried the Bose bluetooth one? That’s the one I have. Wondering how it compares to this one.
Depends on the price of bose speakers . I have tried sony SRS XB2 and you will notice a huge difference in sound quality . You get what you pay for
Sir,is sony srs xb2 better than jbl flip3
Battery life of JBL speakers is not that great . I have used sony srs xb2 and its awesome but it has some compatibility issues . Battery life is really good on sony
How does it compare to Xaomi Mi bluetooth speaker?
Build quality wise xiaomi wins. Sound quality is little bit better on xiaomi one but when it comes to price to sound output ratio . This one wins
